Tony “TLO” Lopez

Tony “TLO” Lopez was born on July 22 , 1987 and grew up to love music. Growing up, Tony became a musician in church and played bass, trumpet, drums and piano. Music ended up being his number ONE passion.

Over the years, Tony grew to love sports and talking about it. He pursued a career in broadcasting and attended the Illinois Media School in 2008 for radio and tv broadcasting. After graduating in 2009, Tony had his own radio show where he discussed strictly sports and invited many guests to join the debate table. In addition to that, in 2012 Tony covered woman’s softball as well as all the local Chicago sports teams such as the Bulls, Bears, White Sox, Cubs and Blackhawks. During that time, Tony was a production assistant at Comcast Sportsnet and worked covering most of the games locally.

Tony is currently the host of “The Parley” where he hosts and produces a boxing/sports show alongside 15 year NBA veteran Kendall Gill. He also is an instructor at Illinois Media giving back everything he has learned in his career, along with working other freelance opportunities.
